Former Information Officer For Tulsa Fire Department Has Died

A well-known Tulsan and former information officer for the Tulsa fire department has died.

Hubert Rouse was born in Picher and lived in Inola. Rouse retired from the fire department in 2005. He leaves behind a wife, two children and several grand-children.

A celebration of life ceremony will be Thursday, March 24 at New Life Baptist Church in Claremore.
