Student Of The Week: Declan McGill

This week's winner is Declan McGill, a second-grader at Rosewood Elementary in Broken Arrow. Declan completed all the 2nd-grade curriculum within a month of starting the school year. He's also an artist at heart, and a talented soccer player.
