Friends of Cheryl Thomas said she was a wonderful woman who loved the Lord and her family. They said she was involved in her church and was incredibly selfless.
“She would just absolutely do anything for you," said her friend, Terri Yater. "If you needed anything, she would find a way to get it done."
Tulsa police said family members were worried when they couldn't get ahold of Cheryl, so they asked police to check on her. Police found her dead under several blankets, in her apartment near 71st and Riverside Saturday afternoon, March 26.
They say she had signs of blunt force trauma and now they want to talk to her husband, Kevin Snoddy. Snoddy has previously been convicted of domestic assault and battery in 2020.
“Anytime someone does something violent, you're always concerned," said officer Danny Bean. "We need to locate him and find him.”
