Fire Crews Battle Morning House Fire In SW OKC

Firefighters responded to a house fire Monday morning in the 12700 block of Briar Hollow Dr in southwest Oklahoma City.

According to fire crews on the scene, the fire began in the garage area and spread to around 25 percent of the home.

At the time of the fire, five people were in the home.

No injuries have been reported at this time, fire crews said.

Smoke damage was also reported throughout the residence and two cars were involved in the fire.

The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
