Amazing Oklahomans: Patty Kelly Stevens

A special graduation ceremony was in store for Monday's Amazing Oklahoman!

About 80 years ago, Patty Kelly Stevens was in Guam during World War II when Japanese forces took the island.

While Patty got her diploma, she never got to walk the stage in her cap and gown.

Her grandson got in touch with Oklahoma City Public Schools and the district held an honorary graduation ceremony for Patty.
