Juul is asking the Federal Court of Appeals to block the FDA's ban on its e-cigarettes.

The company is also asking the Oklahoma Supreme Court to dismiss a lawsuit against Oklahoma tribes.

Back in 2020, the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes sued Juul Labs, claiming the company targeted Native American children.

Research conducted by the group "Tobacco Stops With Me" shows more than 40 percent of American Indian and Alaska Native high schoolers were current e-cigarette users, compared to nearly 28 percent of the overall high school population.
