Construction Set To Begin Next Year For Multi-Purpose Building In Downtown OKC

The former EMSA Headquarters near Northwest 11th Street and Classen Drive have been torn down to make room for a new multi-purpose building.

The Journal Record said the project is called Classen Marquette and will have 60 apartments, a restaurant and retail space.

Officials said construction is expected to begin next year.
