McLain High School students will be back in class for the first time since last Friday's deadly shooting at the school's homecoming football game.
A 17-year-old student was shot and killed and three other people were injured.

School leaders canceled the first three days of class this week and Friday's football game is also canceled, but the shooter is still on the run.
Police say the shooter shot and killed Terron Yarbrough and injured another student. A 20-year-old woman and a 9-year-old girl were also shot.

Police haven't given any updates about the search for the suspect but officers say the shooter is likely a teenager.
As for students going back to school on Thursday, McLain's Principal says the staff has been working tirelessly to ensure they are at their best to support students. The school says it will continue providing mental health services to students and adults at the school and in the community through the end of the week.
