Small Business Owners Relieved After Tulsa Police Arrest Suspected Serial Burglar

A handful of small Tulsa business owners are relieved, after the man suspected of burglarizing them is now in jail.

Kenneth Barnett confessed to breaking into the businesses between September and January, police said.
