Man Found Dead From Gunshot Wound Inside Okmulgee Home

A homicide investigation is underway after a man was found dead Sunday night, according to Okmulgee Police.

Investigators say the victim was found in a home around 8:30 p.m. in the 400 block of South Central. They say the victim had a gunshot to the head.

Okmulgee Police say they do not have any suspects at this time and say the medical examiner is working on official identification. Anyone with information about the crime is asked to contact Okmulgee Police at 918-756-3511.
