Suspect In Deadly Cobblestone Apartment Shooting Arrested

A suspect related to the deadly shooting of a 19-year-old woman at a Tulsa apartment complex is in custody, police say.

Tulsa Police said Sytney Sinan was arrested and taken into custody Wednesday morning.

Sinan was arrested and accused of murder after a shooting at the Cobblestone Apartments that police say killed Braylee Owens while she was in her bed.
