2 Boys Taken Into Police Custody After Dog Abuse Video

The Oklahoma City Police Department has taken two juveniles into custody after the boys posted a video in which they allegedly abuse two dogs.

On April 2, the Oklahoma City police received many phone calls regarding the online video of the boys abusing dogs and making threats toward a metro middle school.

Initial attempts to locate the boys on April 2 were unsuccessful, according to police.

The boys allegedly posted another video on April 3 where they made another threat towards a school. Officers then located the first suspect and recovered firearms.

Additional information was gathered on April 4, which allowed the police to locate the second suspect.

OKC Animal Welfare seized three dogs from the home where they lived with the boys, including the two from the video. All three dogs are expected to be okay, according to police.

Both boys will face two counts of felony Animal Cruelty.
