Residents in Bartlesville will have new water use restrictions starting on Monday.
Water rates could go up by as much as 15% for households using more than 10,000 gallons a month. Outdoor watering is also restricted to two days a week.
Anyone caught not following the restrictions could be fined up to $500.

The city council approved moving to phase two of an emergency plan since the water supply is currently at about 60%.

Phase 3 restrictions start if levels drop below 59%.
