Yukon Superintendent Speaks Out After Threat Suspect Detained

Yukon Schools Superintendent spoke out after the district and Oklahoma City Police worked to identify and apprehended a student who allegedly made threats to the district.

In an email sent to parents in the district, Yukon Schools said as a result, classes will resume on Tuesday, April 11.

The identity of the student taken into custody is not yet known.

"Thank you for you cooperation as we do everything we can to keep Yukon Public Schools safe," the district said.
