A Tulsa judge rules there's enough evidence for the 16-year-old McLain High School football game shooting suspect to move toward a murder trial.

Ni'Avien Golden is charged with second degree murder for shooting and killing Terron Yarbrough and shooting three others.

The next step will be for a judge to determine whether Golden will be tried as a juvenile, youthful offender or an adult.

News On 6's Reagan Ledbetter had the story, at 5 p.m.
