Jesse McFadden, the man suspected of involvement with the disappearance of two girls, was a convicted sex offender in Oklahoma.

Records show McFadden had been convicted in 2003 of first degree rape in Pittsburg County.

He was sent to prison and was released in 2020.

While he was in prison, he was charged with using a contraband cell phone to send sexual messages to a teenage girl.

He was charged with that crime in 2017 and the trial for those charges was supposed to start May 1 in Muskogee County.

McFadden didn't show up for the trial and as we know now, was later found dead along with six others.
