Lee Hodges' Miraculous Par Putt Results in One-Stroke Penalty

During the 3rd Round of the Professional Golfers' Association of America Championship, one golfer gets very lucky on his par putt. 

Golfer Lee Hodges' puts in the ball on the 17 hole after it sat on the edge for a whole 34 seconds. 

However, there's a 10-second limit rule so Hodges did receive a one-stroke penalty.
