Tulsa Police have arrested the man suspected in a deadly shooting.

Police say Billy Ray Bills is accused of shooting four brothers Wednesday night, injuring three, and killing 25-year-old Mykai Daniels. Investigators say the incident happened near South Louisville Avenue and East 27th Place in Tulsa. Bills turned himself into law enforcement at the Tulsa County Jail on Thursday just after 3 p.m.
