Now that the pandemic is over and business owners and employees are adjusting to a whole new world, many are asking about the future of work.

Abbey Davis, an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice and an Eastin Fellow at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State, has conducted extensive research on the future of the workplace, work environments as well as employee and employer preferences in Oklahoma.

Professor Davis joined the News On 6 team on Thursday morning to discuss her research and explain what Oklahoma workers and employers believe about working in the office or working from home.
