Edmond Announces Road Closures Ahead Of City Center Construction Project

The City of Edmond announced almost two years-worth of road closures as work begins on a massive $44 million construction project.

The current closures are impacting the downtown Edmond area near East Main Street and South Littler Avenue, along with a number of nearby side streets and parking lots.

The downtown community center and planning and public works buildings will be torn down to build a new city hall and municipal court.

There will also be a five-story parking garage and gathering space.

Expected completion of the project is in March of 2025.
