One Lucky Oklahoman Wins Big With Almost Perfect Mega Millions Ticket

Oklahoma sold one of the nine tickets worth $1 million but no one hit the jackpot.

The ticket matched all five numbers but didn't have the mega ball correct. 

The new jackpot is $1.55 billion on Tuesday which is the third largest mega millions jackpot.
