Threats of tornados and severe storms have been reduced significantly across Oklahoma, paving the way for a much calmer Thursday.

Halloween looks dry and cool. After the storm system moves out, expect a clear and pleasant day for trick-or-treating!

Temperatures will climb into the mid-60s, with light winds making for a comfortable evening.

You may want to bring a jacket or warm underclothing for trick-or-treating kids, as temps will slip back into the 50s after 6 p.m.

What is the weather like in Oklahoma for the rest of the week?

The weekend is shaping up to bring more rain into the forecast that could last through early next week.

Some locations could see two to four inches from now until Tuesday night.
