It will start to feel like fall this week!
For the next 9 days, temps will hang around in the 70s and possibly 80s.
We're tracking showers to start on Monday!
Today, it will feel like October, with highs only in the 70s!
A few 80s down south. Scattered showers taper off, and we will see sunny skies tomorrow.
Monday night, temps will again drop as we head into Tuesday.
What is the weather like for the rest of the week?
On Tuesday, rain chances go up again. Rain and storms are more likely the further northeast you go across Oklahoma.
Another storm system dives in from the north tomorrow. We will see 80s for highs before it arrives.
Rain and storm chances go up tomorrow afternoon and evening. The highest chances will be east of I-35. While we are watching an upper-level storm move in from the north, a tropical system will become organized over the Gulf of Mexico.
This could become a hurricane Helene later this week. The latest data shows that it will make landfall in the Florida Panhandle late next week.
We will keep a close eye on this in Oklahoma because it could circle back and bring moisture to the Sooner state.
