OKC River To Receive $9 Million Renovations

Maps 4 changes are happening all across the city and one of those plans is for the OKC Riverfront. 

The Riverfront will be getting an all new community gathering place, an amphitheater, and a pedestrian bridge that will allow access to and from the Okana development for $9 million dollars.

''I think there's no doubt you'll see a tremendous amount of pedestrian traffic with the Okana development in there," said Maps 4 Director David Todd.

Todd said construction is set to begin in March of next year and should be completed by the end of 2024.
