1 Dead After A Fire At Molly's Landing Along Route 66

One person died after a restaurant caught fire along historic Route 66 in Catoosa, police said.

Firefighters said the fire at Molly’s Landing started around 1:50 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 24.

Several departments responded to the call including Catoosa, Limestone, Rolling Hills, Verdigris FD, and the Red Cross.

It burned for more than an hour before firefighters were able to contain it.

The full extent of the damage and what caused the fire has not been determined.

According to its website, Molly's Landing has been open along Route 66 since 1984.
