It's quiet on the University of Tulsa campus this week thanks to finals. There are no games for the Golden Hurricane, but there are practices and film sessions. Tulsa is coming off a 15-point loss to in-state rival Oklahoma State on Sunday at the Paycom Center.

Starting on Saturday, Tulsa is facing a crucial four-game stretch of their schedule to close out the month of December: Missouri State, Mississippi Valley State, New Mexico State and Southwestern Oklahoma State.

All four games will be at home at the Reynolds Center. And all four games will be opportunities to build momentum before the Hurricane open conference play against Memphis at the Reynolds Center on January 4.

Head coach Eric Konkol met with the media today to discuss the importance of the upcoming weeks, learning from the loss to OSU, and how the Tulsa men's and women's basketball teams are inspiring each other
