Tulsa Judge Reduces Bond For Man Charged With Murder From $400,000 To $50,000

He's one of four people charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 18-year-old Serenity McAdoo near the Center of the Universe in Tulsa in July of 2022.

A Tulsa judge has lowered the bond for a man charged with murder.

The judge lowered the bond for Isaac Harvey from $400,000 to $50,000.

He's one of four people charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 18-year-old Serenity McAdoo near the Center of the Universe in Tulsa in July of 2022.

Harvey was ordered to be on a GPS monitor, have a curfew and take regular drug tests.

Another of the suspects also has a bond of $50,000 with GPS and a curfew.

A third one was allowed to go out of state to play football last spring and the fourth was allowed to live and work outside the county.
