Wagoner Man Found Guilty Of Murdering His Father In 2023

A jury finds a Wagoner man guilty of murdering his 73-year-old father.

Prosecutors said Michael Notarnicola attacked his father Donald in May of 2023 and then ran into the woods.

The victim's head was largely crushed, he had broken ribs and a punctured lung.

The jury recommended Notarnicola to spend the rest of his life in prison.

He will be sentenced in March 2024.
