High school students from across Oklahoma are putting their robotics skills to the test in Tulsa.

Teams tuned up and tested their robots before competing in several challenges at Expo Square.

Organizers say although they're watching the robots, they're also judging how gracious and professional each team is.

"You'll see these kids going and helping the people they're going against just to make sure that if they do win, they really won," said First Robotics Oklahoma Regional Director Melinda Taylor.

Winning teams qualify for a spot at the world championships in Houston next month.
