TULSA, Okla. -

A Green Country woman has been charged with manslaughter for a deadly crash in October 2022.

Prosecutors said Alexis Alvarenga was drunk and high on meth when she crossed the center line on Highway 88 north of Inola, killing 56-year-old John Herman.

Records show she had a DUI five months before that wreck and later received an 18-month deferred sentence.
