One man was arrested Monday morning after leading police on a short pursuit through northwestern Oklahoma City.
Warr Acres Police say the incident began as a traffic stop near Northwest 63rd Street and Norman Road when officers attempted to pull over a motorcycle with stolen tags.
The department said as the officer got out of the car, the motorcyclist took off, travelling at speeds up to 80 mph, and ended up crashing in the driveway of a home near Northwest 12th Street and North Portland Avenue.
Officers said Farren Watson was arrested shortly after 12 a.m. in the same area.
According to Warr Acres Police, Watson had a warrant for failure to appear for unlawful possession of meth and driving under revocation out through Oklahoma County.
