OKLAHOMA CITY -

After offering hiring incentives and signing bonuses including thousands of dollars, the Oklahoma City Police Department is hosting a hiring event in order to add more officers to their numbers.

With starting salaries around $66,000 a year, OCPD said they are actively recruiting to fill around 130 positions in the department.
