New TPD body camera released shows the night of the arrest of wanted fugitive Victor Hernandez.
Investigators say Victor Hernandez had been on the run from El Salvador, where he's accused of killing a woman and then fleeing to the States. Once in the U.S., he's accused of brutally attacking a woman and her daughter in Los Angeles before heading to Maryland, where he's accused of raping and murdering a mother while she was out for a run.
The FBI tracked him for more than a year before he was finally caught sitting at a bar in Tulsa.
The night he's finally caught, Hernandez appears calm but tries to give a different name.
Law enforcement asked Hernandez several times what his name is before he finally tells them who he is while waiting at the jail.
Hernandez was sent back to Maryland to face charges for rape and murder.
