Meadow Gold Lumberjack Statue Celebrated Grand Opening

A new 20-foot lumberjack statue named Meadow Gold Mac has been installed in Tulsa, enhancing the Mother Road experience.

Mary Beth Babcock, who facilitated the statue's placement, revealed it was initially set to arrive later but was installed early.

The statue will promote the Meadow Gold District, joining other giant statues nearby.

The grand opening event on Saturday included special menu items from local cafes, a $300 drawing, and opportunities to meet vendors.

The area is being dubbed the 'Land of the Giants' with hopes for more installations in the future.
