Tahlequah Man Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison For Drug, Gun Possession

A Tahlequah man has been sentenced for drug and firearm charges.

Federal prosecutors in Muskogee say Ricky DeGase received a 10-year sentence for meth possession and for being a felon with a gun.

They said back in March 2023, an OHP trooper stopped DeGase and arrested him for a warrant.

That trooper found a loaded pistol and more than 20 grams of meth in his vehicle.
