We're happy to welcome back Scott Van Tile from Prossimo showing us how to make a Smoked Tomato Dip.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 10 oz whole canned tomatoes
- 1 oz chopped garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Smoke tomatoes at low temperature for 15 minutes.
- Step 2: Cool Completely and set aside.
- Step 3: Add Cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Step 4: Add the tomatoes slowly into the mixture while continually whipping it to break up the tomatoes.
- Step 5: Cool completely and serve chilled.
