Porter Public Schools Mourns Loss Of 7th Grade Student

Porter Public Schools is mourning the loss of 7th-grade student Isaiah Marshall.

In a statement, the district said:

"Isaiah Marshall's generous spirit shined brightly throughout his life, and even in this tragic time, he continues to give back."

Isaiah's family shared that his selflessness will live on through the gift of an organ donation, which will help up to 10 families waiting for an organ.

The district has announced that counselors will be available for students during this difficult time.

Isaiah's cause of death has not been revealed.
