Tulsa police have released new details about a recent homicide as they continue searching for the suspect, who investigators say fatally shot another man during a fight at a dispensary.

Michael Bell is wanted on a first-degree murder warrant in connection with a shooting that occurred last Friday.

Initially, investigators believed the altercation was between two customers, but police now report that Bell was an employee at the dispensary.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Tulsa police, the victim, Montrez Thomas, entered the Gas Chamber Dispensary near Pine and Peoria, made a purchase, and then argued with Bell.

The situation escalated, leading to a physical altercation until another worker intervened. Police say Bell then retrieved a gun and shot Thomas, killing him.
