74-Year-Old Man Dies After Being Struck By SUV In Tulsa

Tulsa Police responded to a call about a person hit by a vehicle on MLK Boulevard near 36th Street North around 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Officers said the victim, 74-year-old Charles Marshall, was riding in an electric wheelchair when he was struck by an SUV traveling in the same lane.

TPD said Marshall died at the scene.

Police said the driver is cooperating with investigators.
