Oklahoma Supreme Court Reviewing Death Sentence For Man Convicted In 1997 Killing

The Oklahoma Supreme Court is considering whether or not to uphold the death sentence for a convicted serial killer.

William Reece was sentenced in 2021 for killing Tiffany Johnston in 1997 after she vanished from a Bethany car wash.

While in court on Tuesday, Reece's attorneys argued his confession to investigators was coerced, and are requesting a new trial or sentencing.
