2 arrested following search for theft suspects

Two people are in custody after a police perimeter was established Wednesday morning in northwest Oklahoma City, police say.

The Oklahoma City Police Department says officers set up a perimeter near Northwest 31st Street and North Western Avenue after a reported theft from a convenience store in the area.

OCPD later arrested two people, although no names have been released at this time.
