1 arrested after police serve warrant in NW OKC

Several officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department gathered at a scene Wednesday morning in northwest Oklahoma City.

The scene, located near North MacArthur Boulevard near Northwest 10th Street, involved multiple police vehicles, including cruisers, trailers, and armored vehicles.

"Yeah, I pulled up to this, to the gas station right here and passed a bunch of police cars over by the houses," Desaree Johns, a nearby witness, said.

OCPD said the department had gathered to serve a warrant in the area, and one person was later seen being taken into custody.

No names have been released at this time.

"I don't know I've heard a lot things but I saw two police vans pulling out with a lot of cop cars around it," Johns said.
