1 dead after crash near Woodward

One person was killed Wednesday morning in a wreck south of Woodward, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol says.

OHP said a vehicle driven by an unidentified adult woman was traveling south of Woodward near State Highway 34 and U.S. Route 270 when the wreck happened.

The driver was killed in the crash.

Two other passengers, both children, were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash, although it is unknown if they were injured.

It is unknown if other vehicles were involved in the crash.
