EDMOND, Okla. -
An Oklahoma soldier and his family enjoyed a special military homecoming recently.
Major Norris surprised his daughter, Kelsey at Redbud Elementary. Major Norris had been deployed since September.
In the video of the reunion, posted by Redbud Elementary on Saturday, Kelsey stopped what she was doing and ran to her dad.
