Alive City Church is hosting Alivemart, an event that offers resources for college and career preparation as well as donated clothes and supplies.

The goals of the event are to connect the community with job listings and provide advice for college, information about career programs, and enable mental health support.

"They can talk to them if they're thinking about going to college or just doing a trade," life coach and representative for Alivemart, Dr. Precious Flenory, said. "Because there are different programs within the city that they can get for free."

Volunteers are encouraged to participate, and donated items like clothes, shoes, books and skincare are welcome.

"We just want to make sure that their not just spiritual need is met, but their natural and physical," Dr. Flenory said.

The event will be held on Mar. 22nd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Live City Church, located at 7435 NW 23rd St. in Bethany. More information may be found on Alive City Church's website.
