NE OKC road closed after SUV collides with deer

A road in northeast Oklahoma City is closed Thursday morning after a driver struck a deer, according to police.

The Oklahoma City Police Department said a driver was traveling along East Wilshire Boulevard near North Martin Luther King Boulevard when they struck a deer in the roadway.

OCPD said the driver was transported to the hospital.
