Firefighters contain blaze at Oklahoma City restaurant Saturday night

Firefighters evacuated a metro restaurant after a fire broke out on the building’s exterior near Northwest 23rd Street and MacArthur Boulevard on Saturday night.

Crews responded quickly and were able to contain the flames before they spread. Officials noted that the situation could have been much worse if wind conditions had been as severe as the previous day.

Firefighters safely extinguished the blaze, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
