The Oklahoma State Department of Health has confirmed a case of measles in Oklahoma City.

Officials say they were notified of the case on March 31 and began an immediate investigation. They have determined that the individual was in public settings while contagious.

Anyone who was at the exposure location during this time should be monitored for symptoms and is encouraged to fill out this form. OSDH says anyone who develops symptoms should contact a healthcare provider before visiting a medical facility to prevent further exposure.
