Oklahoma City grocery store identified as site of reported measles case

The Oklahoma State Department of Health is investigating a possible case of measles linked to an Oklahoma City grocery store.

A second case of measles has been reported in Oklahoma City, according to the Oklahoma State Department of Health.

OSDH says a potential exposure event was recorded at an Aldi grocery store located near Northwest Expressway and North Rockwell Avenue.

The case would be the city's second after another case was reported at Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health.

The OSDH says it encourages anyone who is not vaccinated or unsure of their vaccination status who visited the store between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on April 6, 2025, to contact the department.
