Thunder Up (and more) at Scissortail Park this weekend

The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Porch crew invites Chief Marketing Officer Stacey Aldridge with Scissortail Park to chat about their spring seasonal events happening in the heart of Oklahoma City.

Scissortail park begins with their weekend with the Night Market slated to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. "This is the first one for the season," Aldridge said. "It's a lot of fun to come out, we have live music and the food trucks and all the shopping to support local small businesses here in town."

The day after, Scissortail Park will host their Farmers Market as well as celebrate Earth Day in collaboration with Oklahoma City Beautiful. "It's a great partnership that we've had for the past couple of years," Aldridge said. "Excited to have them back on Saturday."

Earth Fest will include all the local producers that sell their goods at the regular farmers market, but will also include vendors that promote and educate earth-conscious practices and products as well.

To end the weekend on a high note, Thunder Up in the Park is coming back for the Thunder 2025 playoff run. The events will always start 3.5 hours before tip-off and will be full of fun family events before and during the game. Meet up with Thunder fans to head to the Paycom Center for the game, or go to a local watch party straight from the park.
